Sofidel Opens New Plant in Ohio

Sofidel S.p.A. recently opened a new manufacturing facility in Circleville, OH.
The US$400 million property is a completely integrated facility including both a paper mill to transform wood pulp into paper as well as a converting plant which produces the finished tissue product. Sofidel’s plant features two Advantage New Tissue Technology (NTT) 200 paper mill machines with a combined annual production capacity of 140,000. The manufacturing facility will employ more than 700 workers once it is running at full capacity.
