Spartan Announces BSCAI Scholarship Program

Spartan Chemical Co. has announced a new scholarship program for the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI).
Spartan’s Stephen H. Swigart Scholarship will be awarded to one student each year who meets or exceeds standards set by the BSCAI committee. The scholarship is named after Stephen H. Swigart, Spartan CEO and chairman of the board.
