Spartan Names Director of Argentinian Operations

Spartan Chemical Co. has appointed Santiago Fernández Arroyo managing director of Spartan Argentina S.A.

Arroyo has more than two decades of experience in the chemical cleaning market. In his new role, Arroyo will oversee operations for Spartan throughout Argentina.
