Spartan Promotes Richard Todd to Regional Manager

Spartan Chemical Co. announced the promotion of Richard Todd to regional manager of the Southern California region.

Todd most recently served as an account executive for Staples Business Advantage in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to that, he worked as a senior account executive for Waxie Sanitary Supply.
