Spartan Promotes Three to VP

Spartan Chemical Co. recently promoted three staff members to the position of vice president.
JP Little has been named vice president of information technology (IT). Little has more than 26 years of IT experience and joined Spartan from Eaton Corp. in 2011 as director of IT.
Bryan Mangum has been appointed vice president of sales. Magnum joined Spartan in 2005 as an area sales representative. He was named national accounts manager in 2011 and in 2013 was promoted to Midwest divisional manager. Mangum has served as Spartan’s general sales manager since 2015.
Additionally, Cali Sartor has been promoted to vice president of marketing and advertising. Sartor has more than 17 years of marketing experience. She has been a member of Spartan’s team since 2012, when she joined the company from Winegard Co. as director of marketing.
