Spartan Promotes Two to Regional Manager

Spartan Chemical Co. Inc. recently promoted two staff members to the position of regional manager.
Bill Welch has been named regional manager of Spartan’s New York region. Welch recently joined Spartan from Fastenal Co., where he served as a district manager.
Additionally, Spartan has promoted Eric Zittel to regional manager of its Eastern Iowa region. Prior to joining Spartan, Zittel worked as a general manager for The YES Group.
