Staples Inc. has divested four of its European direct brands to the RAJA Group.

The deal includes Staples’ Italy-based Mondoffice and its Spain-based Kalamazoo office supply brands, OPI reports. Also included are the company’s JPG furniture brand and its Bernard jansan supply division, both of which are based in France.

Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close by October pending regulatory approval, were not disclosed.
