Staples Inc. has sold its retail and online operations in Germany to Netherlands-based Office Centre.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The sale is part of Staples overall strategy to focus on B2B operations in Europe. Staples had divested its online and retail operations in the Netherlands to Office Centre last year, OPI reports. In July 2019, Staples sold four of its European direct brands to the RAJA Group.
