Survey Finds Residential Spring Cleaning Remains a Tradition

Ninety-one percent of Americans participate in some form of spring cleaning every few years, according to a recent study by the American Cleaning Institute (ACI).

In compiling its report, ACI surveyed 1,000 Americans on their cleaning habits. The study found 76 percent plan on performing a thorough cleaning on their homes this spring. ACI’s survey also found that millennials are more likely to partake in spring cleaning than baby boomers.
