Tennant Acquires IPC Group

Tennant Co. has acquired IPC Tools S.p.A. for approximately US$350 million.
Tennant’s acquisition of the international cleaning equipment manufacturer expands the company’s global footprint and product offerings. The deal includes IPC’s Euromop, IPC Eagle, Pulex, and Vaclensa brands. The all-cash transaction is expected to be finalized by June, European Cleaning Journal reports.
