Tennant Announces Appointment to Board of Directors

Tennant Co. announced today the appointment of Tim Morse, former CEO of Ten-X, an online real estate marketplace company, to the Tennant Board of Directors.
Morse has experience in global finance and management including specific knowledge in accounting, internal controls, mergers, and acquisitions. Prior to his tenure with Ten-X, he held various senior leadership positions with Yahoo! Inc., General Electric Company, and Altera Corporation.
