The Carlyle Group Acquires Stake in Victory Innovations

The Carlyle Group has purchased a majority stake in Victory Innovations.

The global investment firm’s acquisition will help accelerate Victory’s growth trajectory, including expansion in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected to close by the end of the month, Citybizlist.com reports.
