Time is Running Out to Cast Your Vote

There’s less than three weeks for you to help decide the cleaning industry’s most innovative products.

Now in its 10th year, the annual ISSA Innovation Award Program recognizes the cleaning industry’s most revolutionary products and services as voted on by cleaning-industry professionals. Entries are organized into five categories: Cleaning Agents, Dispensers, Equipment, Services and Technology, and Supplies and Accessories. Each entry is competing for top honors in its own category and, ultimately, the 2019 ISSA Innovation of the Year Award, to be named this November in Las Vegas at ISSA Show North America 2019.

“From sustainable cleaning supplies to robotics and more, our industry is definitely making its mark,” ISSA Executive Director John Barrett said. “The voters will have a hard time selecting from this amazing group!”

Voting in this year’s Innovation Award Program is easy, just follow these four simple steps:

1. Log into your issa.com account 
2. Create a free issa.com account if you do not already have one 
3. Click on the products that interest you most at issa.com/vote
4. Vote on your favorites

Please consider the following in determining your vote:

• Is the product impactful? Does it have a direct effect on someone or something?
• Is the product practical? Is it likely to succeed and reasonable to use?
• Is the product sustainable? Is it durable and/or environmentally friendly?
• Is the product profitable? Does it yield cost savings or other advantageous results?
• Is the product original? Does it embody the state of being creative, new, or different?

When casting your vote for innovation, you’re not only helping to change the way the world views cleaning, you also have the chance to help yourself. With just a couple of clicks, all eligible participants in voting are automatically entered to be the lucky winner of an all-access pass to attend ISSA North America 2019 and a US$500 Visa gift card. While you may vote for multiple entries in the program, you will only be entered one time in the drawing.

Experience Innovation First-Hand

In addition to online voting, all entries in the Innovation Award Program will be on display in the ISSA Innovation Showcase, Booth 101, November 19–21, during ISSA Show North America 2019 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Many of the entrants will demonstrate their products in the new ISSA Innovation Center, Booth 401. A list of demonstration times is available in the ISSA Show North America 2019 scheduler.

The five winners of the category awards will be announced at the ISSA Lunch and Learn, November 18, 2019. The prestigious 2019 ISSA Innovation of the Year Award will be presented during the ISSA Innovation Award Ceremony, taking place at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, November 21, in the ISSA Innovation Showcase, Booth 101.
