Trade Press Acquired by Forum Media Group

Trade Press Media Group, Inc. has been acquired by Merching, Germany-based Forum Media Group (FMG).

Per the terms of the acquisition, FMG will also take ownership of the joint venture established in 2000 by Trade Press Media and ROC Exhibitions, Inc. to organize and produce the annual National Facilities Management and Technology (NFMT) Conference and Exposition. Trade Press will operate as a subsidiary of FMG, Milwaukee Business Times reports. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
