In the cover story for the publication’s October 2020 issue, Barrett discusses the association’s flagship event, ISSA Show North America, and the notable opportunities he’s experienced as he’s helped ISSA grow under his five-year tenure. The industry veteran also details how ISSA has responded to the challenges posed by the current COVID-19 pandemic and how developing the GBAC® STAR accreditation assisted in helping the trade show industry get back to work and continue to change the way the world views cleaning.
