Triple S Holdings Acquires New York Distributor

Triple S Holdings, a subsidiary of Triple S, has acquired Parish Maintenance Supply Corp.

Triple S Holdings’ purchase of the Syracuse, NY-based distributor increases the company’s product offerings. Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
