Triple S Holdings Expands in Pennsylvania

Triple S Holdings, a subsidiary of Triple S, has acquired Certified Chemical Co.

Triple S Holdings’ purchase of the Easton, PA-based distributor increases the company’s product offerings. Per the terms of the transaction, Certified Chemical will be rebranded as Triple S – Lehigh Valley with David Sames, former president of Certified Chemical, serving as the branch’s manager.
