UK and Ireland Diversey Business Appoints Chairman Emeritus

Founder and former CEO of Zenith Hygiene Group Ringo Francis has been appointed chairman emeritus of the United Kingdom and Ireland Diversey and Zenith business.
Francis founded Francis Chemicals in 1986 and Zenith Hygiene Group in 1996. He sold Zenith Hygiene Group to Bain Capital Private Equity in April 2018 and assumed responsibility of merging the company with Diversey in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
As chairman emeritus, Franciswill continue to provide support on the direction and strategy of the U.K. and Ireland group.
Gaetano Radaelli global president, Professional Division,will assume responsibility for the Diversey and Zenith U.K. and Ireland business until a successor has been appointed. Johan ten Berg, who has been working with Francis throughout the integration of Zenith Hygiene and Diversey U.K. businesses, will support Radaelli.
