Unger Enterprises Signs Long-Term Lease in Stratford

Professional cleaning tools manufacturer Unger Enterprises, LLC has signed a long-term lease for 76,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space at the Stratford Executive Park in Stratford, Connecticut, according to westfaironline.com.

Brett A. Sherman, senior vice president of Angel Commercial LLC in Southport, represented the tenant in the transaction, according to the news report.

Unger’s U.S. offices are in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
