UniFirst Announces Scholarship Winners
June 18, 2019UniFirst Corp. has announced the 2019 recipients of the company’s Aldo Croatti and Ronald D. Croatti scholarships.
Named after the company’s founder, the Aldo Croatti scholarship is designed to assist the children of UniFirst employees further their academic pursuits. Since its inception in 2004, Unifirst has granted 191 scholarships totaling nearly US$400,000. This year there were 12 recipients.
Established in 2015, The Ronald D. Croatti Scholarship was named after Aldo’s son Ronald. The scholarship provides financial assistance to full-time UniFirst employees who enroll in full- or part-time undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college or vocational/technical school. To date, UniFirst has awarded 44 scholarships totaling nearly $170,000, including 11 scholarships this year.
