Weiman Products Acquired by Carlyle Group

Weiman Products, LLC has been acquired by international investment firm The Carlyle Group and global private equity firm TA Associates.

“We are pleased to partner with Carlyle and TA Associates in this next phase of growth for the Weiman family of cleaning and care products,” said Chris Bauder, Weiman CEO. “Their experience helping brands grow globally complements our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service.”

The transaction includes Weiman’s commercial and consumer product portfolios. Financial details of the purchase were not announced.
