3M’s board of directors announced it will nominate Mike Roman to serve as executive chairman following the company’s annual shareholders meeting on May 14.
Roman has been with 3M for more than three decades and was named CEO in July 2018. He succeeds Inge Thulin, who has announced his intention not to stand for reelection and to retire on June 1.
