3M Completes Sale of Tolling Division

3M has finalized the sale of its tolling solutions and automated license plate recognition business to Neology, Inc.
Per the terms of the deal, more than 75 employees from 3M’s tolling division will transfer to Neology. Financial terms of the sale were not announced.
