3M Increases Quarterly Dividend Payout 6%

3M has increased the quarterly dividend on its common stock 6 percent to US$1.44 per share.
The dividend is payable March 12 to shareholders of record at the close of business February 15. 3M has paid a dividend to shareholders without interruption for more than 100 consecutive years.
