3M opened a new innovation center in Washington, D.C., earlier this week.

The facility will serve as a hub for 3M to interact with policy makers and politicians and includes an exhibit hall showcasing the company’s products and solutions. The innovation center’s opening ceremonies were attended by 3M CEO Inge Thulin and several prominent U.S. congressmen and senators, including Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Paul Ryan.
