ABM to Help County in Georgia Reduce Energy Costs

ABM Facility Services has secured a contract with Newton County, GA, to implement energy and facility improvement projects in several county buildings.
The contract calls for ABM to upgrade 15 county facilities with energy-efficient HVAC systems, LED lighting, water conservation enhancements, and updated energy management systems.
Based on current energy prices, the deal is expected to reduce the county’s energy consumption and save Newton County more than US$13.7 million in energy and operating costs during the next 15 years. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
