Aramark Completes Purchase of AmeriPride

Aramark has completed its purchase of AmeriPride Services, Inc.
The US$1 billion transaction was announced last October. The acquisition further expands Aramark’s uniform-rental and linen-supply offerings in the United States and Canada.
