Aramark Divests Healthcare Technologies Business

Aramark has divested its Healthcare Technologies (HCT) business to TriMedx, LLC for US$300 million.
Charlotte, NC-based HCT was acquired by Aramark in 2001 and employs more than 1,500 workers. The deal is subject to customary regulatory and closing conditions and is anticipated to be finalized by the end of the year.
