Brady Expands Into Colorado

Brady Industries, Inc. has acquired the Denver, CO, assets of Walter Industrial Supply.
The purchase expands Brady’s client portfolio and geographical footprint. Per the terms of the deal, Robert Hamilton and Steve Nesselhuf will join Brady as the general manager and sales manager respectively of the new Denver branch. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
