Bunzl Buys Four Firms
July 20, 2017Bunzl Plc, parent company of Bunzl Cleaning & Hygiene Supplies, has expanded its global footprint through recent acquisitions of companies in France and England.
Bunzl has acquired three France-based distributors: Groupe Hedis, Comptoir de Bretagne, and Generale Collectivites. Bunzl also has purchased Pixel Inspiration Ltd., a British marketing firm specializing in digital signage.
