Citron Hygiene has acquired Chemsyn Chemical Corp., a dominant player in the commercial warewash and laundry industry.
Chemsyn serves a broad range of customers in the food service, hospitality, lodging, health and long-term care, and golf and sports industries. With the acquisition, Citron Hygiene is looking to accelerate its growth in the warewash and laundry chemical industry in North America.
