Clorox Adds Beam Suntory CEO to Board
July 27, 2018The Clorox Co., parent company of Clorox Professional Products Co., has appointed Matthew J. Shattock to its board of directors, effective August 1.
Shattock currently serves as chairman and CEO of distilled beverage producer Beam Suntory, Inc. Shattock has served as CEO of Beam Suntory since 2009. Prior to joining Beam Suntory, Shattock served in a variety of executive leadership roles with Cadbury PLC and Uniliver.
Clorox also announced Jeffrey Noddle will retire from the company’s board in November of this year in accordance with its corporate governance guidelines. Noddle has been a member of Clorox’s board for nearly six years.
