Clorox Divests Skin Antisepsis Division to Medline
August 22, 2017The Clorox Co., parent company of Clorox Professional Products Co., has sold its Aplicare skin antisepsis business to Medline Industries, Inc.
The deal expands Medline’s product offerings and was the result of a strategic assessment by Clorox of the company’s global portfolio. Financial details of the transaction were not divulged.
