The Clorox Co., parent company of Clorox Professional Products Co., has reported fiscal-first-quarter revenue of US$1.5 billion, an increase of 4 percent year-over-year.
Clorox credits the growth to a 26 percent increase in quarterly sales in the company’s lifestyle segment and a 2 percent increase in its cleaning products division. Clorox reported quarterly earnings of $210 million, or $1.62 per share, up from $192 million, or $1.46 per share, for the same quarter last year.
