Diversey's North American technical operations and customer service team has received Gold Certification from the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA).
Diversey is the first hygiene solutions provider to achieve CSIA’s Gold Certification. The institute’s ranking is based on replies to a survey issued by Diversey to its customers following a service visit.
