Diversey Names Mark Burgess CEO

Diversey has appointed Mark Burgess CEO effective December 17.
Burgess previously served as CEO of Signode Industrial Group. Prior to that, Burgess was CEO of Graham Packaging Co. and earlier in his career he served as CEO and chief financial officer of Anchor Glass Container Corp. He succeeds Dr. Ilham Kadri, who announced her departure from Diversey earlier this year.
