Dow Completes Merger With DuPont

Dow Chemical Co. has successfully completed its merger of equals with E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. (DuPont).
The merger, which was announced in December 2015, forms a new company known as DowDuPont with three divisions—agriculture, material science, and specialty products. Shares of DowDuPont will be traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol DWDP.
