Dow Names Pedro Suarez Chief Commercial Officer

Dow Chemical Co. has appointed Pedro Suarez chief commercial officer.
Suarez joined Dow in 1979 and most recently served as president of the company’s North America division. He succeeds Joe Harlan, who is retiring from the company at the close of its merger with DuPont.
In a related move, Matt Davis, Dow’s vice president of public and government affairs, has been promoted to senior vice president and will assume Suarez’s duties as president of the North America segment.
