Dow Updates Leadership Team

Dow Chemical Co. has reorganized the company’s leadership team with the appointment of two executives, effective September 30.

Reiner Roghmann has been appointed vice president of operations for North America, North, and vice president of operations for Dow’s Michigan operations. Roghmann joined Dow in 1991 and most recently served as vice president of operations for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India and site operations director of Dow Central Germany.

Roghmann succeeds Rich Wells, who has been named vice president of operations for the U.S. Gulf Coast and vice president of Dow’s operations in Texas. Wells has been with Dow since 1982, serving in various manufacturing and engineering leadership positions throughout his tenure, The Midland Daily News reports.
