DowDuPont Declares Quarterly Dividend

DowDuPont, Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.38 per share.
The dividend is payable December 15 to DowDuPont shareholders of record at the close of business November 15.
This marks the first cash dividend issued by DowDuPont since the company was formed out of the merger of Dow Chemical Co. and E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. (DuPont) earlier this year. Prior to merger close, Dow and DuPont had paid shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912 and 1904, respectively.
