Ecolab Adds Two to Board

Ecolab, Inc. has added Shari L. Ballard and Lionel L. Nowell III to its board of directors.
Ballard currently serves as an advisor at Best Buy Co., Inc. She has been with Best Buy for 25 years and previously served as a senior executive vice president. Nowell is a director of British American Tobacco plc, and also serves on the boards of American Electric Power Co. and Bank of America Corp. The appointments bring the total number of directors on Ecolab’s board to fourteen.
