Ecolab Board Names New Lead Director

Ecolab, Inc. has appointed Jeffrey M. Ettinger independent lead director of the company’s board.
Ettinger served as CEO of Hormel Foods Corp. for more than a decade. He succeeds Jerry W. Levin, who is retiring from the board after 24 years of service.
