Ecolab Divests Oilfield Equipment Fabrication Segment

Ecolab, Inc. has divested its Fab-Tech business unit to Dragon Products Ltd.
Casper, WY-based Fab-Tech designs, engineers, and fabricates oilfield equipment. The division posted approximately US$20 million in sales last year. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
