Ecolab, Unilever Among Top 100 Sustainable Corporations
February 5, 2019Ecolab, Inc. and Unilever Plc, parent company of Unilever Professional, have been named to media and investment advisory firm Corporate Knights’ 2019 Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations Index.
The 15th-annual list was compiled using quantitative methodology to rank global corporations on a variety of sustainability metrics including overall sustainability disclosure rates and penalties for sustainability related violations. Ecolab ranked 32nd overall, while Unilever placed 65th on the index.
