Ecolab Wins Award for Foodservice Innovation

Ecolab, Inc. has been named the recipient of the National Restaurant Association’s 2019 Kitchen Innovations Award.
Ecolab was honored for its Advanced Health Department Intelligence (HDI) program, which is designed to give foodservice operators insight into health inspection results and provide procedures to actively reduce food safety risks.
“Ecolab’s HDI program capitalizes on advanced data analytic technologies and Ecolab’s expertise in food safety provides a new and magnified view of health department activities across the country,” said Bob Sherwood, executive vice president of Ecolab’s institutional global food safety and public health division.
