Elkhorn Chemical Acquired by OfficePro

OfficePro has purchased Elkhorn Chemical & Packaging.

Per the terms of the acquisition, Elkhorn will continue to operate as an independent company with its current staff and leadership team retained, except for company president Michael Butler. Financial terms of the deal were not announced, The Milwaukee Business News reports.
