Federal Court Delays Revised Overtime Rules

Judge Amos L. Mazzant of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas has issued a temporary nationwide injunction on the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) final revisions to the overtime regulations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
