Female Engineers Winners of P&G Global Challenge

July 20, 2018

Procter & Gamble (P&G), parent company of Procter & Gamble Professional, honored three Saudi American women engineers who were named the winners of its first-ever global CEO challenge. Chief Executive David Taylor introduced the winners—Linah Hussain, Malak Mously and Rawan Baik—Wednesday at the company’s annual Signal conference in Cincinnati, OH.

P&G began the challenge to showcase individuals with outstanding business skills and insights who would be successful P&G employees. The company advertised the challenge at universities and on social media, drawing 23,000 contestants from more than 40 countries. The three winners were trained as industrial engineers at Jeddah’s King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the first university in Saudi Arabia to offer the degree to women.
