Gordon Brush Purchases Parker Brush
January 7, 2019Gordon Brush Mfg. Co., Inc. has acquired Parker Brush, Inc.
Per the terms of the acquisition, Parker Brush’s manufacturing and operations will be relocated from Rocklin, CA, to Gordon Brush’s 183,000-square-foot facility located in City of Industry, CA. Financial details of the purchase were not announced.
