Grainger Increases 3rd-Quarter Revenue

W.W. Grainger, Inc. has reported third-quarter sales of US$2.8 billion, an increase of 7.4 percent year-over-year.
Grainger’s adjusted operating earnings for the quarter were $332 million, up 15 percent versus $287 million in the 2017 second quarter. The company’s adjusted earnings per share were $4.19, a 44 percent increase compared to the same time period last year.
